Founded by Christina, a Veterinary Technician with over 18 years of experience, Animalia was born from a deep understanding of the unique needs of pets and their owners.Throughout her career, Christina often cared for clients’ animals outside the clinic, offering pet sitting and medical support. Clients quickly recognized the value of her veterinary background — trusting her to notice subtle health concerns and expertly manage medical needs that most traditional pet sitters could not. Whether dealing with emergencies or providing specialized care, Christina knew exactly what to do.She also witnessed how frequent trips to the veterinary office for routine services — like nail trims, anal gland expressions, medication administration, bandage changes, subcutaneous fluid therapy, and ear cleanings — could cause unnecessary stress and anxiety for pets. Over time, these stressful experiences could even strain the bond between pets and their owners.Christina envisioned a better way: a stress-free, fear-free experience for pets while delivering professional care in the comfort of their own homes.
